Model LCC - 100 Low Cost Chromatography Integrator This is a data collection/integrator system for HPLC and for GC. This instrument is made for one chromatographic system use at a time. It will allow up to 4 detectors, input voltage per channel +/- 5 volts. Channels: 4 Input Voltage Range: +/- 5 volts Resolution: 12 bit Data Acquisition Rate: Controlled by user, up to 10 different rates/ run Acquisition Rates: 10ms to 50sec Data Acquisition Start: Manually or via external trigger from auto sampler External Events: 18 separately controlled events Fraction Collector: Support for standard fraction collector, ISCO. Peak Integration: Semi-automatically or manual File Storage: Standard Binary format or text file conversion Software: Labview* The system comes complete with integrator/processor box, cable, data acquisition card, and executable software for immediate installation. Data analysis is performed via semi-automatic peak detection. The user identifies the noise, the min. peak, and the corrected baseline. Then the system can analyze the same type of data from a particular run of samples. Standard System: This system will work on a PC, 486-33 or greater with 8 megs of Ram, and 8 megs disk space required, running uder Windows* 3.1 or greater. The Data acquisition board is a standard PC-Plus board. Portable System: This system will work on a standard laptop computer, 486-33 or greater with 8 megs of ram, 8 megs of disk space and a standard type II PCMCIA slot. The data acquisition board is a DAQ-1200 card.
